"Super Jules.....she ate Wonder Woman for breakfast..."

Julie wanted an original costume for halloween, so we channeled her inner awesome to create Super Jules, saver of days.  

 

She gave me the blue dress to work with, so I created a chest patch, cape, diadem (crown) to flesh out the look.
